Exotec to deploy Skypod robots at 12 ILS Logistics sites by 2026
Exotec is partnering with ILS Logistics to install Skypod robotic warehouse systems across 12 sites in central and eastern Europe, including Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, and Czech Republic, Robotics & Automation News reports. The project aims to boost ILS’s market share and operational efficiency, with the Zakroczym, Poland site already hosting 200 autonomous robots. Full deployment is planned for completion throughout 2026, enabling fivefold SKU throughput increases.

Chinese robotics firm Geekplus, already listed in Hong Kong, is considering a secondary listing in China as earnings improve, Wall Street Journal reports. H1 2025 revenue jumped 31% to RMB 1.025 billion, with gross profit up 43% and adjusted EBITDA turning positive for the first time, narrowing net losses by 94%. The company’s global strategy and robust client base—including Walmart and Adidas—position it near a profitability milestone.
